This is my first gluten free recipe. I have heard through the rumour mill that gluten free bakes can be a bit tricky to get right without compromising on taste. This recipe was a bit of a fluke when experimenting in the kitchen and trying to use anything else as a replacement for flour.
I love this recipe as it’s got few ingredients, is quick and easy to make and is sympathetic to the amateur baker and the gluten free crowd. It has the added bonus of peanut butter and chocolate – a winning combination for all cookies!
